I just started wearing my own natural hair. I use a store bought gel that has no alcohol, however, there are some ladies on youtube who recommend making your own hair gel with flax seeds. I purchased some flax seeds last night from Trader Joes, and I am going to make my own. If it works out as I expect I will be makeing my own gel from now on. Flax sees are very healthy, so why not have the best for your mane!
