EATING VEGAN..... 80/20.....80% raw.... 20% cooked. Egg Plant and Bell Pepper
Green Leaf.Lettuce, cranberries, croutons, Rasberry Vinegrette
My 20% Cooked for the day consist of; eggplant and bell pepper, baked ham, veggie burger and red pepper eggplant in garlic spread from Trader Joes. Always eat your salad first
